Here we have technology of the day i.e. Bloom Energy. Bloom Energy is actually the name of the company who is responsible to introduce new energy source i.e. Bloombox Fuel Cell. Bloombox Fuel Cell is empowered to lighten 100 homes in US with affordable price i.e. $700,000. It is being considered a revolution in the field of energy. In a time when every country is looking for new means of energy, Bloom Energy has come like a hope. Not only it is cheap and safer but the most important thing is it is safer for our environment. The man responsible behind this new innovation is K.R. Sridhar who is a former NASA rocket scientist and who has a history of innovation in topics most of us fail to even understand.

Last day at CBS’s 60 minutes, Bloom Energy introduced its product to the world. The new Bloom Box is designed to power your home without being connected to the grid. It can use various fuels such as natural gas, sunlight, bio gas. They are planning to hold a press conference this week in which they will tell about the compatibility of this new technology. Currently, they have customers including WalMart, Google, Staples, Fedex and eBay.

Currently, they are working on it day and night. Their aim is to shrink the Box in size and cost so that every American can afford it. They are claiming that their product is hundred percent “clean”, means it has nothing to do with the emission of Carbon Dioxide. They are thinking to provide power everywhere without expensive power infrastructure just like cell phones that uses cheap communication infrastructure.
