According to reports a suburban Pennsylvania woman known by the alias “Jihad Jane” has been arrested. She has been charged with trying to recruit Islamic fighters. Not only this she is also charged for plotting to assassinate a Swedish cartoonist who made fun of the Prophet Mohammed. 46 year old Colleen R. LaRose, who is known as “Fatima Rose” or “Jihad Jane” by federal authorities, described by her neighbors as an average housewife. Its also said that she is also involved in providing support to terrorist. Colleen R. LaRose has also been accused of identity theft attempt with the intention of giving it to a Islamic fighter. She used emails, YouTube videos and other documents to do the recruitment and she also claims that she can go all the way to do what she wants.
In a video she said no one can detect her that what she’s doing and where she’s going. She is not afraid of anything. But she was arrested on 15th October last year and on Tuesday denunciation against her was unsealed. She has blonde hair and green eyes and earlier she mentioned that: “Only death will stop me here that I am so close to the target!” Authorities also said that she raised funds for the terrorist organizations and arranged phony passports for them. She used internet to recruit people for jehad.
