NFL star Hank Baskett and former “Girls Next Door” star Kendra Wilkinson have welcomed a baby boy today on December 11. Kendra delivered the baby via C-section in a hospital near Indianapolis, Indiana, according to reports. The baby boy named Hank Baskett IV weighed in 9 lb., 5 oz, at 22 inches long, according to E! Online reports.
A source told the magazine,
“Mother and baby are doing well. Kendra and Hank are very happy.”
The couple were married on on June 27, 2009 and now have one child together. The star couple confirmed their rumored pregnancy in June, the E! reality star told E! News’ Marc Malkin,
“Hank and I are thrilled to announce that we are expecting our first child together. We are touched by the outpouring of support by our family, friends and fans.”
The E! network filmed the birth, according to Wilkinson. She told Us Weekly,
“They’ll get the moment of me holding the baby, but not coming out. No way. Uh-uh. Nooo!”
She told Us Weekly,
“I want to make sure that my boy knows I’m there every step of the way. I will be putting 100% of my love and time into my child. Finally, in my life, I feel needed, like my baby needs me. I’m very attached and bonded.”
Wilkinson revealed that she has put up “50-something pounds”, she said,
“I went from a size small sports bra to a size large sports bra, these things just won’t stop growing!”
Wilkinson told Us Weekly,
“I just can’t wait for the baby to pee in Hank’s face!”
