Kate Gosselin has changed her hairstyle. This past Friday, Kate Gosselin introduced her fans with a new hairstyle. She acquired that hairstyle in $7000 from Ted Gibson, the stylist. Ted is offering Gosselin’s hair cut at his saloons in New York and Washington. In an interview with RadarOnline.com, he said that he is offering Gosselin’s cut in $7000. He added that $950 is the charges of haircut, $500 for color and approximately $5000 are for extensions.
According to reports, approximately 20 hours were being spent to add hundreds of extensions to Gosselin’s short hair.
Ted Gibson is a renowned hairstylist who has honor of working with big names of industry like Angelina Jolie and Anne Hathaway.
Although, she has adopted the new hairstyle but earlier she was not confident about her new look. Gibson told that she did not want to lose her famous bangs. It’s funny that in a span of 20 hours, 15 hours were spent trying to convince her to cut her bangs. Gibson told that she wanted to change her from ordinary to extraordinary. Her thick hairs made him to use a variety of products to tame them. The most difficult task was to cut those short bits in the back.
She was in touch with her children through phone during the whole 20 hours she spent for her transformation. She also showed the videos of her children to Gibson but she did not talk about her husband, Jon, just for a second. Gibson says, she is a really really good mom. Gibson says that the good mom will have to take the stylist’s chair after every 3 months in an order to maintain new cut.
