Last night on CBS, Undercover Boss made its debut after the Super Bowl XLIV and that was not a bad show to watch. CBS hopes, this reality show would be a great fun for viewers. It is a show where high level officials and chief executives will experience the life of an average worker who works at their companies. They will work alongside their employees.
The show premiered with Larry O’Donnel who is the President and C.O.O. of multibillion dollar company Waste Management. Larry cleaned the toilets and picked up garbage. He was not allowed to reveal his identity to his Waste Management employees.
Last week, we had a preview of reality show on The Oprah Winfrey Show where Larry told Oprah about his feelings, experience and discuss how this experience changed his life. The future episodes include other bosses like CEO of Hooters and the president of 7-Eleven who will get a taste of what their employees do everyday.
