Marni Yang, a 41 year’s old Chicago woman; who had history of harassing, was charged this week with killing Shaun Gayle’s pregnant girlfriend. She was arrested on March 3, 2009 and charged with two counts of first-degree murder in the shooting deaths of Rhoni Reutin to whom she killed in a jealousy and an unborn baby girl of Reuter & Gayle, at Reuter’s Deerfield condominium on Oct. 4, 2007.Gayle was in a relationship with Rhoni Reuter since October 4, 2007, and now she was approximately seven months pregnant with his child.
It is alleged that Yang was threatening to ex-Chicago Bear Shaun Gayle’s girlfriends at several times. She had disguised herself when she shot and killed them.
Shaun Lanard Gayle who is a former American football also inform that he had got some social invitations from Yang but didn’t realized that she was too much obsessed with being his girlfriend. According to prosecutor, Yang claims Gayle as her boyfriend, while Gayle denies this statement and said that she was just a friend and his business associate.
Gayle has a wonderful career and played twelve seasons, eleven for the Chicago Bears in between 1984-1994, and one for the San Diego Chargers in1995. He was a member of the “Shuffling Crew” in the video namely, The Super Bowl Shuffle. He has also participated as a member in Bears squad and won Super Bowl XX in 1985.He is currently working in United Kingdom as a guest NFL analyst for Sky Sports. The Deerfield police mentioned that they did not suspected Gayle to be an involved in this murder.
