Obama Supports PAYGO Law Or Pay As You Go Law

This morning during his address, President Obama said that he supports the PAYGO law or the Pay As You Go Law. PAYGO law discourages to add new tax changes and spending into the federal deficit. It provides and idea that new proposals may be setoff with already existing funds. Besides this, President also aims of creating a bipartisan debt-reduction commission.
To support his decision he said:
