Charla Nasha, the women in the picture experienced a brutal attack by 200 pound chimp in her house. She was an employee of the owner of the chimp. Victim’s family sued the owner for $50million.
The picture exactly describes that how brutal the attack was. She wears veil so that others may not get scared from her. She desperately wants to recover as soon as possible. Charla Nash had lived 55 years of normal life before she was attacked.
She does not remember anything about the attack. She said that she wants to make people aware of the dangers in keeping wild animals in houses. She said these exotic animals are very dangerous and we should not allow them to stay around us. They must not be kept at residence.
Charla can’t breathe through her nose and uses straw for eating. She said
“I know that I have my forehead. It feels like just patches of tape or gauze, covering my face.”
Today is Charla’s 56th birthday. Currently she is living with brother and she depends on her family for help. She wants to be independent but this thought scares her a lot.
