Rachelle Lefevre Petition

Yesterday, ‘Twilight’ fans were shocked when they came to know that Rachelle Lefevre has been cast out of the third film in the series, named ‘Eclipse’. It was also reported that the girl, who will replace Rachelle Lefevre as Victoria in ‘Eclipse’, is Bryce Dallas Howard. Bryce Howard is the daughter of Ron Howard, who is a well-known actor and filmmaker.
On this decision, Lefevre released a statement is which she said that she was “stunned” from her character recasting. After her statement an online petition was set up that, “Rachelle is Victoria”.
In the statement, Lefevre said,
“I was stunned by Summit’s decision to recast the role of Victoria for ‘Eclipse,’”
The redhead beauty added,
“I was fully committed to the ‘Twilight’ saga and to the portrayal of Victoria. I turned down several other film opportunities and, in accordance with my contractual rights, accepted only roles that would involve very short shooting schedules.”
Lefevre said she was very disappointed and upset on the decision made by Summit. She thanked her fans for their support saying,
“I will be forever grateful to the fan support and loyalty I’ve received since being cast for this role, and I am hurt deeply by Summit’s surprising decision to move on without me,”
I think she didn’t like Bryce Dallas Howard as an actress as she said,
“I wish the cast and crew of ‘Eclipse’ only the very best.”

i think that it is horrible what summit entertainment has done to rachelle. i have heard so many different dates that the filming would start for new moon it is just crazy. i read in one article that it wasn’t going to start until october and now all of a sudden it is starting in august instead. maybe they should have been more specific about the filming and rehersal times and there wouldn’t have been a problem. but now we, as twilight fans, are going to lose a very good actress because of a misunderstanding. it was only ten days after all. they could have pushed it back for ten days. so we would have to possibly wait a little longer. heck, we waited 2 years for the last harry potter what would ten days be for this? nothing in comparison.
i think they should keep rachelle and dump bryce.
The first character they should have replaced was Kristen stewart as bella. She Doesn’t fit the description in the book at all. Rachelle was the PERFECT Victoria. She is exactly What I pictured while reading the Twilight saga. I was looking forward to seeing Eclipse because its my favorite of the four books, but now I’m just flat out disappointed. =(
I think that Summit id making a big mistake by letting Rachelle go. She was absolutely perfect for the role of Vivtoria. I guess it is all on who your daddy is, And Since Bryce’s father is none other than Ron Howard. I guess we all know how she got the part. The movie will be ruined if they change the actress now.

its horrible that rachelle was replaced! eclipse is my favorite book and now its ruined. i hate when people are replaced in sequels, and of course they do it to twilight fans. the final movie she had to be in and they get a new victoria, its stupid! bryce doesnt even look like victoria! summit has made a huge mistake, and started a huge riot. i hate this so much words cant decribe. eclipse will suck now that rachelle is replaced!

I will make sure when I see Bryce Dallas Howard in Eclipse, my friends and I will boo loudly in the movie theatre to show our support for Rachelle LeFevre. Summit is so wrong. Everyone else should boo too.
i dont think they should replace rachelle everyone is hurt by the desicion i mean this would be the last one shes in cuz she dies and they decide to replace her!!!??? it wont be the same and if they want to make as much as new moon will and twilight did they shouldnt replace her everyone will notice the change wether their twilight fans or not… i will go see the movie but thats talking for my self but i dont think i’ll watch it as m4ch as the others…
