Susan Dey absent from “Partridge Family” Reunion

The Partridge Family cast was reunited Tuesday morning on NBC’s morning broadcast but without actress Susan Dey. Shirley Jones, David Cassidy, Danny Bonaduce and the rest of the fictional Partridge appeared on the “Today Show”. The reunion was part of the show’s “Great TV Families Reunited” series. Susan Dey, who played eldest daughter Laurie Partridge, was the only member of the cast absent.
The Partridge Family is an American television sitcom which was originally broadcast on ABC from 1970 to 1974. Susan Dey, 57, is also known for her role of Grace Van Owen in TV series L.A. Law in 1986. She has won a Golden Globe for the role and was nominated for an Emmy Award three times in 1987, 1988, and 1989.
