Why did Ali leave the bachelor

“The Bachelor” contestant Ali decided to leave the show. This week’s episode was a series for 4 hometown dates for Jake .No one was expecting it because everything seemed fine when she brought Jack to her home town and introduced him to her family. Ali also said that she wants to be there at her grand mother’s home in the end. She said during the hometown date that she is ready and her answer is yes if Jack would ask her today. But now Ali, who is an advertising account manager, decided to leave because her job gave her an ultimatum. They asked her to leave the show or leave the job. Ali really doesn’t want to leave the show and tearful Ali asked Jack for help and in other words a guarantee that she would be picked in the end. But Jack said:

“Life is about minimizing your regrets. You just have to weigh which one is going to be a bigger regret.”

Ali said that:

“It’s like the two loves of my life I feel like I have to choose between. If you were mine the choice would be easy. I feel like you’re slipping right through my fingers and I don’t know how to stop you…. I’m so sorry.”

Is it a right decision? No one knows except Ali.
